Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Goa, calling for the protection of the Constitution and the Election Commission, and calling for a reform of the electoral process. He was speaking in Margao.
Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has accused the central government and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of undermining the country’s electoral process. The Congress leader was addressing a gathering in Margao, Goa. He said, “What is happening in the country is visible to all of you. The entire country knows what is happening; there is no confusion.”
Rahul said, “Gyanesh Kumar orchestrates vote theft. Amit Shah implements it. Narendra Modi plans the entire scheme behind the scenes. I have more than 45 defamation cases pending against me. These cases have been filed by Amit Shah , Narendra Modi, and others. Despite these 45 cases, I say at every opportunity that Narendra Modi steals votes. Yet, no case has been filed against me for this claim. Do you know why?”
#WATCH | Margao, Goa | Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi says, “…Gyanesh Kumar implements the theft of votes, Amit Shah operationalizes it, and Narendra Modi orchestrates the entire plan from behind the scenes. I am facing over 45 defamation cases—cases filed by Amit Shah, by Narendra Modi, and so on. Despite these 45 cases, I continue to state at every opportunity that Narendra Modi steals votes. Yet, no case has been filed against me specifically for this claim. Do you know why? Because they fear that if a case were filed—a case specifically regarding the theft of votes—it would trigger a full-blown legal process in which they themselves would become entangled…”

If a case is filed against me, he himself will be trapped: Rahul Gandhi
Rahul further said, ‘Because they fear that if any case is registered, especially related to vote theft, then a whole legal process will start in which they themselves will get trapped.’
Rahul further said, “Look, this is the reality. We have proven with evidence that these people have stolen votes in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Bengal, and Assam.”
They know that sooner or later Congress will demand answers: Rahul Gandhi
Rahul further stated that there is a man named Gyanesh Kumar in Delhi. He cannot sleep at night. He finds no peace anywhere. He knows that sooner or later the Congress Party will demand answers from him and ensure justice. We are the guardians of the Constitution. This is our sacred duty. By stealing votes, they have attacked the Constitution. They have attacked our sacred duty. We will not tolerate this. All Congress workers, listen carefully: they will face justice. They will pay the price for their actions.
